@cathal Hmm. The firmware package I got was a tar.md5 but heimdall only seems to see packages with tar.gz. Do I need to repackage the thing, or change an option somewhere, or use a different import mode...? :/

...Okay, anyone familiar with using Heimdall? I have the program running, my phone in download mode and connected, and am pretty sure I have the right firmware package. Any last minute checks I should make? How do I use the bloody thing? I want to make really sure I know what I'm doing. The phone was inoperable anyway, and because I installed an open source software store and alarm clock once Samsung verified technicians aren't allowed to work on it, but I still want to be careful. :/

@acrata Huh. I tried deleting the cache and it didn't seem to help. I tried both the built in history cache clear and deleting the .cache/mozilla folder in my home drive. How did you do it? :/

...Huh. What if the primary requirement to keep copyright was to use them? I.E. In order to keep your copyright for a series, you had to keep making games for that series, or it became public domain? Not sure this is a good idea, but it's an interesting one. :/

@cwebber I'm using meteor and node.js. and I even found a library, but the library I use for https doesn't to work with it. I'll keep poking around. :/

@cwebber @kaniini hey so do you know if I can use OAuth for server to server, or do I need to use plain old http signatures? The libraries I use are being finicky about working together, so it might be easier to use OAuth then figure out how to make it let me sign the request directly. :/

Argh, still trying to figure out how to implement http signatures. Finally got rsa working and can generate key pairs, but now I don;t know what to do with them. Can I use oauth for http signatures, or do I need a separate system? :/

@Gargron So I noticed that when you look up an actors public key it has newlines in it. Do I need to make my public keys available in the same format, or is it fine if it leaves the new lines out? :/
