@International More seriously, I don't live in a society that prizes calm like the Inuit do (perhaps you do). It's harder to teach children to be calm in this environment.
Also, temperament is partially innate. Given the dangerous environment of the Arctic, it wouldn't be surprising for the Inuit to have evolved a special predisposition for calmness.

@allan Infrastructure is important. Canadians should be investing more in it, especially maintenance.
(Would you believe most governments in this country don't have balance sheets, in which their #infrastructure appears as an asset? They think of it chiefly as a source of ongoing expenses!)
But the "Let's spend $100B on infrastructure for macroeconomic reasons, doesn't really matter what" approach is back-to-front. Funds are limited, we need to spend wisely.

PM May seems to have lost control of her cabinet and her party, and possibly the confidence of the House; but it's not clear that anyone else would do better.

Report raises fresh doubts over economic benefits of Trudeau’s $188 billion infrastructure plan | National Post
Apparently provincial and municipal spending on infrastructure declined from what it would have been in the absence of the federal programme.

The oldest feature that has not been released is Instagram Import.
I had a working implementation on April 26th, 1 month before the project name or code was even announced. It's in the git history https://github.com/pixelfed/pixelfed/blob/dev/database/migrations/2018_04_26_003259_create_import_jobs_table.php
This and remote follows are my priorities for the next day or two!

If there was another referendum on Britain’s membership of the EU, how would you vote? – What UK Thinks: EU
At present, the chart shows 40% Remain, 32% Leave, 29% Don't Know/Undecided
The public is about as divided as Parliament, but Remain does seem to have had the edge since mid-2017.

"For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much—the wheel, New York, wars and so on—whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man—for precisely the same reasons."
