I thought of you, Laura, and your project the other day, as our school's music teacher got a grant to buy a class set of Ukuleles and the sounds of 20 kids learning the Uke for the first time filtered into the hallway as I wandered past the music room. Sure, sort of cacophony in the air, but beautiful sound explorations, too.
