I hadn't used #Tusky for quite some time, and now I see that it has multiple account support. Still no cross-account actions like #Mastalab and #SubwayTooter have. Probably the best-looking client, but Mastalab is very close.
Subway Tooter is still the only client where absolutely every edge case has been considered and provided for, but it comes with a lot of interface complexity.
