I've wrote an issue about how the use of #github is indirectly supporting fascism and how it can be with low effort be used as an oportunity for struggle against closed societies/borders (in specific the violence condicted by #ICE) and closed software (in specific #microsoft).

And there is such a discusting ignorant culture coming straight into my face:

believing the same. Still hoping that people gonna do it in relation of the current violence conducted by ICE.

there is some great outrage right now. could be used to damage microsofts 7.5 billion $ investemt, demonstrating that support of #fascism has its costs and even push people towards non-propriertary plattforms.
...it even doesn't takes much efford to do so and it's an action that doesn't cause potential penality for those doing it.

Take action against any company suporting #ICE, as you can.

If you code and use #github know that it's a microsoft project and you're by that indirectly suporting the facist #ICE.

Time to stop that move to #gitlab or similiar, and exclusivly use github to publish issues about microsoft enabeling facism.

Thought even just having #microsoft behind is fuxked up, as it means of giving credibilaty to microsoft as being a great company, since even all the free software entheusiast use their plattform...etc.
...but #github was anyway fuxked up from the beginning since it's #proprietary software. From now on it will just be getting worse.

What's the bet the first thing #Microsoft do when they take possession of #GitHub is remove these sentences from the Terms of Service?
"This license does not grant GitHub the right to sell Your Content or otherwise distribute or use it outside of our provision of the Service."

#GitPub is a decentralized federation protocol based on the W3C's #ActivityPub, which extends #ActivityStream 2.0. It provides a server to server API for pull request, forking and subscription of repositories provided by #Git web services (services like #GitHub, #GitLab, #Gogs, #Gitea)...
