Crazypedia :cyber_heart: (crazypedia@toot.chat)'s status on Wednesday, 08-Nov-2017 19:18:14 EST Crazypedia :cyber_heart: hey #MastoDevs, how can #SysAdmins and #MastoAdmins better support the development, deployment, and adoption of #Mastodon in general? Should we be sharing parts of error logs from our servers, posting our server resource statistics, or other intel type of tasks? Are there bug's you need help replicating? is tootsuite getting enough feature requests (joking) 😉 ?
I can't wite code but I want to help 😃

stavrosNipapas (stavnip@gnusocial.de)'s status on Thursday, 19-Oct-2017 11:52:25 EDT stavrosNipapas #sysAdmin Update Tickets from the Command Line.
One reason many #sysadmins dislike ticketing systems is due to the fact that updating and maintaining #tickets requires a shift in focus and a break from their regular workflow. To me, tickets are a great way to build an audit trail to show that you've completed a task, and one of the best ways to demonstrate that a task is complete is to paste in the proof of your work into comments in a ticket.
