@Gargron That's normal. There are probably local organizations where you can give impromptu speeches about assigned topics if you wish to overcome that tendency.
I'm considering moving my primary mastodon activity away from (currently dead) manowar.social :loading:
I'm thinking of trying to compartmentalize my(net)self a bit, and make specialized accounts. I already have this one as a personal alt, but I might convert it to :crt_w_green_lines: weird-tech-cybre-dreams
Probable accounts: :crt_w_prompt: tech ideas and exploits :blobross: art & culture
Please boost, as I only have 11 followers here and @ me with suggestions! :thaenkin:
@kai I'm considering a job with #sonOne's employer. The job comes with a 50% pay cut and I have to move halfway across the country to take it. But I am unhappy enough at $EMPLOYER that it sounds very worthwhile to me.

@lohang Is there a community group in SL that sets up solar/wind generation (with some sort of storage for dark/windless times)? One village at a time, they could alleviate the national power provider's frequent failures.
@lain I understand. I had some documents that sat on a shelf in a #Baton_Rouge postal facility for a few weeks.
I was facing a deadline to respond to documents I hadn't received. Delivery came just in the nick of time, after a series of phone calls (and denials of responsibility).
