@chris I'm going to build one before they're overregulated.

It's a pistol if the barrel is <16" and no stock. "Arm brace" can be used like a stock against your shoulder or cheek. But, it can't be folding, retractable, or have padding on the end. Oh, and they're loud as hell because the barrel is too short for rifle ammo that's blowing fireballs out the end.

The gun grabbers are doing everyone a disservice with their knee-jerk "time to ban guns" following the terrible tragedy in Las Vegas. Nevermind that Mandalay Bay Hotel is a "gun free zone". We can see how well that rule works.
