Older blocks are already compressed and its likely at a future date there is really no need to keep the ENTIRE history.

The idea that government would not allow blockchain traffic, as @adam suggested, is highly unlikely. Even Jamie Dimon has said that they are betting blockchain - what they don't like is bitcoin becoming a legitimate currency.

I don't see how you'd be able to block bitcoin, but allow other blockchains - they are one in the same.

The whole investigation is a complete farce at this point.

Strzok:

1) Changed Comey's comments on Hillary so they weren't criminal
2) Started the Trump Russia investigation
3) Interviewed Flynn himself
4) Was let go for exchanging multiple anti-Trump and pro-Hillary texts

Imagine, if you will, Dinesh D'Souza in charge of the HIllary investigation -that's what this amounts to.
