@cigarBGuitarEfx@protonmail I'd love to switch to #protonmail, but it seems so expensive. I use custom domains, and it looks like there's extra charges for every domain you use. Shame as I was on the beta program - it's awesome.
@brandon Alteon have been doing SSL inspection for years. It's an on-site appliance, so you don't need to send your traffic anywhere.
Having said that, even an off-site tool is better than no ssl inspection. As long as all the links are encrypted, which I'm sure they will be (being ssl inspection) then it's all good. π
@brandon I quite like eOS. But if you're the kinda guy who love to tinker and customise the distro, it may not be for you. It's an awesome "spin up and go" distro.
@cigarBGuitarEfx@brandon I've also considered switching to podcasts instead of videos. I've never really played around with them though, and there are soooo many podcast sites out there. I don't know which to go with. Any recommendations for a podcast noob?
@aparrish my partner swears by a good old file-o-fax she'd much day her use that than an electronic version. Problem comes when sharing calendars is a requirement.
@dpreacher@mike that's one of the reasons I quite writing for MUO - the requirements for articles is very frustrating. E.G. Minimum of 600 words, must link to a minimum of 5 other muo articles, must contain the key works x amount of times.
I get it's good SEO, but I just enjoy writing about what I want, and I found muo very restrictive. They pay well though.
