@joseph ultimately, there's always a compromise between security and usability. However, I don't really understand the issue? When I fill a un/pw, bitwarden auto adds the TOTP to the clipboard, so when I get the code prompt, I just hit ctrl+v and the code is pasted in.

@DatTux not so much. I do find that I the South, but not here in the North. We often say "good morning" as we pass strangers in the street, and wave a thank you if someone let's you pass on the car. I also know most of my neighbours.

None of these little things happened when I lived in the South.

@dpreacher I think @DistroJunkie is referring to instances that are owned and managed by one individual.

On Fosstodon, we have Masto.host who handle all the server side stuff, leaving @mike and I to do the admin stuff and enjoy the community.

Our only downtime is usually maintenance for a few mins here and there. I think are uptime is way in to the high 90s.

Unfortunately there's only so much one person can do.

@Cando had lots of niggles, everything was in German, there were English sites, but I ALWAYS got redirected to German sites eventually. The 2 times I used support, the experience was crap. I could go on, but I won't.

@mike @ohyran I didn't even get the video window. It was a plain white screen for well over a minute. I'm also on my home fibre optic broadband. Ah well.

@Cando tried mailbox, hated it. My experience was not pleasant. Glad you like them though. 👍

Decided to take a look at the Linux Rocks #Peertube instance. After looking at a white screen for 90 seconds, I gave. Maybe it's not all its cracked up to be?

@h4ck3r9 I've considered posteo a few times off the back of @ChrisWere recommendations, but the lack of custom domain support is a deal breaker for me.

It does look like an awesome service though. Having said that, I'm very happy with Fastmail.
