@GummyNerds I live in DC. "Mass shootings" by that definition, happen every day. 5 should be the baseline. But 10 should be mass. 4 should be a different term.

A mass shooting is "four or more people selected indiscriminately, not including the perpetrator, are killed" -- do you consider that "mass?" That's an FBI definition. Seems like that's just one drive-by. Man, I am really calloused. "Naw, 4 is too few to constitute mass, if it's fewer than 10 then it's just a garden-variety shooting."
