But yeah, I spent the morning in bed with the lights off and it seems to have taken care of the worst of it.

If that is all there is I can deal with it. But today is going to continue not being productive. I may be able to do something like watch tv or play disgaea instead of just laying in bed.

One of the most useful things that I taught myself to do is to identify times when I shouldn't trust decisions I make and then instead of deciding what to do go home.

It turns out that this applies to migraines as much as it does depression. My head still hurts but I can actually see now and I don't feel nauseous anymore.
