    @camoceltic Varusteleka are pretty above board about that kind of stuff, which is as much for their benefit as ours.  Managing customer expectations is important in retail, and a lot of retail places that have constant issues do so because of items that are not what was advertised.

    @mangeurdenuage Having had a mild one years ago, I've not been the same since, but it is difficult to perceive of a situation where I would not have wanted to try to get better, and rather just die.  If I am not dead there is still the chance of getting better in at least some way, if I am, that chance is zero.

    I love being on queue timeout because I already wasted 30 minutes on a STO task force without even getting the first objective since STO-Helu can't carry the entire team like STO-Ru can.  "You just wasted half an hour of your time with noobs, as a punishment for not wasting another half an hour, you can't do queues for an hour."

    It's still less time then I'd waste basically trying to solo this shit.  So whatever.  But penalizing people for leaving when they've already tried for some time and aren't having fun is why STO has trouble getting queues to launch to begin with.

    You have the same problem with the Save the Earth and Cybermind queues in Champions, too.
