internal discussion at work about another company: 'They represent the “right hand side (RHS)” of the DevOps infinity curve.'
We represent the left-hand side.
Someone mentioned us forming a strategic partnership with them.
All I can think is that if we acquired them with a snap of the finger we could make half the universe disappear. -

I guess if you aren't using GNU bash, but is a shell built-in more expensive than an environment variable?
Apparently the answer is security...at least in python, which is where this question originates. I don't really need to question it any further. It's an official python suggestion. In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink -

A lot of Donnie's stuff is bizarre. I mean, it's playful to the point of being ridiculous. Good rhymes, just kinda goofy. He has a song about cookies, for example. This however, this is gold: https://blocsonic.com/releases/bsuni0007 #ccmusic In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink Attachments

I take that back, there's this: https://petroglyphmusic.bandcamp.com/track/rune-martinsen-a-child-is-born -- some other tracks reference Christmas, but so far it's been #instrumental #ambient. No jingle bells or anything that says Christmas. Hell, if I listened to it and was to associate it with a holiday, I'd probably go with Halloween, although there is an aspect of the desolation of winter. I wonder if 60% is a cover and that is why it isn't CC. The last track is listed as such. Those are the only two I checked In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink -

not branded as Cletus Got Shot, but the first 5 tracks are...and are amazing: https://carrienationandthespeakeasy.bandcamp.com/album/liberty-solidarity-responsibilty #ccmusic (not sure if just the CGS stuff is CC, but they are a well known CC band, so the fact that "please refer to individual track pages" doesn't scare me)...I might check-in once the voice changes though In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink Attachments
