@hollyamory I guess I love bitter, and I'm used to having sweet chilli, so I don't really know why I was expecting something disgusting :)

So turns out accidentally sprinkling my curried noodles with cacao nibs instead of dried fried shallots was not a disaster. Didn't even notice them, and who knows, it might have tasted even better.

Alrighty I am really keen to pay for a little corner of a server (probably Vultr) and host a #Masto instance and a #Diaspora pod (and maybe #Funkwhale) but I have never done anything of the sort before so what's your hottest tips please? Size, security, docs I should read, don't do it... #question
