@gsteenss It works just as good as any other application using a good toolkit.
As far as I know, the only toolkit that's causing issues is gtk3 application, since it's exclusive for GNOME it looks bad and have issues in every environment that's not GNOME.

Linux Journal uses Disqus for their comments, since when is that even remotely close to being okay?

Linux Journal uses Discus as their commenting system on their articles. This is not okay, it's morally wrong and they're forcefully excluding most of their users ans

@ChrisTalleras It depends on the distro and usecase. Most modern distros would be fine with about 10GB for something basic, but if you're running like Gentoo or Alpine you could be fine with way less. And if you're using heavier applications relying on bloat like Node.js you would probably need more like 9999GB. :P But with 20GB you should be fine for whatever you end up doing.

@danyspin97 @timapple @kev I use Bitlbee with WeeChat and then complement it with toot. It's nice to have IRC, XMPP and Mastodon under the same roof. But Bitlbee cant do a few things like making posts with images, looking up profiles, follow users, so that's why I have toot on the side.

Very few things triggers me in life, but two of those things are dirty keyboards and the user `@hund` on #Twitter. He's an account manager at Twitter and he actually stole the handle `@hund` from a long time inactive user.
I really wanted that handle back when I used Twitter, I used to keep an eye on it from time to time and imagine how surprised I was one day a few years ago when an employee on Twitter had taken over the handle from the inactive account.

@dazrock I'm sure it will work good enough. :) You could always install VirtualBox in Windows and try to run a virtual machine with Windows there to see how well it perform.

@whitmer1988 I haven't looked up Antergos before, but did I get it right if I say it's just 'vanilla' Arch Linux with a graphical installer and a preinstalled desktop environment with some applications? If so, that sounds like the perfect thing to ease in someone new on Arch with.
