I just recorded an hpr episode that made me think of you. It's my idea of how to combine language learning into a story so that the story takes away the pain of language learning. And you've been posting all of the shows on story. Don't know what I told you that. But anyway, when you see that show you can know your shows are noticed.

I'll tell you who needs a package manager? The z/OS, that's who. The current state of software installation in z/OS is embarrassing.

Not a secret but it's very much specific to the non-unix side of the mainframe.

It's an update to an earlier version of something similar to ccfe, command curses front end, but not using curses and a different design.

So I'm going to work late tonight for a side project at work which probably won't see much use but sounds cool.

I'm the kind of person who can be entertained by almost nothing so I don't mind small towns as long as they're not too small. I've lived happily in towns as small as 6 blocks and 1 stoplight big.

I don't think I idealize small towns but I like run down towns as long as I have a decent connection.

My next door neighbor is a very active activist for Trump. I think it might be his full time job. Everytime I pass his door he's talking strategy to someone.

I grew up in a time when most of my family considered most brown and lgbtq people to be sub human. I saw this slowly change over time to where they thought most brown and lgbtq people were human but not as good.

As it appears we're regressing, it dawns on me that in the past the shame for my country was stronger the more in the past I looked but now it grows stronger each day we progress into the future.
