I think people are freaking out that we elected Trump and are looking for someone else to blame it on. As if 'Russia tricked us' is some sort of excuse even if true.

So I put it back together and the problem disappeared. I wonder if perhaps the 'film' was somehow touching something incorrectly or perhaps there was static built up i discharged. At any rate if you happen to have an external keyboard with a trackpoint that wanders, it might be worth taking it apart and putting it back together.

For what it's worth episodes from you two inspired me to record and submit hpr2620, 2625, and 2629.

I don't expect much interest but, nevertheless, I'd been considering recording them years ago and your episodes, hpr and otherwise, put me in motion to finally record them.

In other words in case you think you're not hurting the world, you might want to rethink things :)

Don't know if this is related but this is a new machine for me, and while don't run kde, I do use ksnapshot. I forgot to install it until just now.

Here's the reason I think it could be related. When I take a shapshot in kde, both monitors go soild white and the desktop is unresponsive except for the mouse.

I know I'm not the only one reporting this issue. But I'm going to reinstall the OS in the next day or two and let you know ring still has problems.

Thanks. I will be a day or two before I get back to this. But all none of those strings show in lsmod.

One question I have is if there was a change to ring because this happened right when I upgraded to the last version of ring.

mesa-va-drivers set to manually installed.

When I click on login to reply via gitlab i get a message, "

I think that was a joke, but I don't understand why people worry about looking bad with gadgets. Gadgets, even proof of concepts look great.
