@sybren Darn, I can't find such a thing! I found that you don't need the specific color selector to see the RGB values though. They're displayed in the Tool Options panel when you're using the color picker.
@ted My current phone having 1/4 of the fairphone's RAM, 1/8th of its flash memory, 1/3rd of its processor frequency and so on, getting a fairphone would already be a great relief for me. It sure is far from a Galaxy S9 but it's decent and usable and I'd rather place the well-being of the dozens of people behind a piece of technology I own before my desire to have the best of the best.
@ted I don't but just in case you don't know about it, I strongly recommend @Fairphone for a replacement. It's the first modular smart phone and the first "fair trade" piece of high-tech all in all, to put it simply.
@Nobabs27 Thanks. So far I'm very happy with Duckduckgo alone so I'll keep it simple but searX seems like a good plan for when the search results are too limited.
@benrob0329 It's still in the works so maybe it will get more stable. But my point is, would you say that some FOSS 3D creation program (that doesn't exist) has a better viewport than Blender because it has a real-time render engine while Blender doesn't?
@benrob0329 That's awesome but you're kind of making bad publicity to KDEnlive while it's being refactored and planned to be released in August. Complimenting Openshot is great but it would be better to wait until the new KDEnlive gets released before making public comparisons.
@lightweight For the incompatibility, most definitely. For the EEE, it sure looks a lot like it but we don't know for sure yet, until someone from inside leaks it.
@lightweight 1. reveal truths to the public and get fired 2. share their values with their boss or coworkers and probably get fired 3. be more subtle by hiding their values under arguments their boss will like so their ideas can be applied in the end.
as history shows, none of these give truly positive results but they can limit damage. 3/3
@lightweight Microsoft, like any such corporation having thousands of employees should, according to probabilistic circumstances, contain some who are honest and have good values and manage to reach decently high in the hierarchy until they realize they're not working in the place of their dreams. These people have 3 options: ...2/3
