It's not enough for adorable, hilarious Bill Hader to curl his toes and gush about Keith Morrison; I need to read that Keith jokingly referred to then-PM Brian Mulroney as "whatsisname," leading to Mulroney's cancellation of a live appearance, to make me love the 72-year-old Canadian broadcaster emeritus.

I am watching _Won't You Be My Neighbor_, the documentary on Mister (Fred) Rogers, and I do not regret having no television/cable reception in the house post 2005.
Mr. Rogers found a constructive use for television, but his methods to transmit his message are the opposite of the methods commercial television content producers used, and his message is NOT the prevailing one from commercial television.

My phone is haywire today. Yes, I've turned it off and on again, and it's in safe mode, no Bluetooth, ringer on. I am not getting telephone calls.
This disturbs me because my calls today are urgent and critical.

My alma mater has had an operating radio station since 1984 (started on AM band) but I listened to the station for the first time yesterday evening, on the FM band it has been on since 2004. I'd been listening to the other university's radio station since 1984, as it has always been FM.

Yesterday I learned a #geocache in tribute to the #Gaelic origin of my surname exists on a challenging mountain trail near where I used to live. I'm now motivated to get in shape to get that cache.

I also learned that a standard 1400s-era #letter format was: flowery #salutation, benediction upon the household for opening, and the a curse upon the recipient's enemies. The closing was an oath of friendship.

Today, my personal written letters will be blessed with that format.

I'm up to 17,723 scraped #openclipart images, and I've dumped it into Hugo and put it online. Not the best solution, better than a dead site.
