@xsteadfastx @nolan I do a lot of coding in powershell. After a while, I began to have a lot of respect for it. It's really very powerful.

@srol We had a Surface 4 for a while, and eventually got sick and tired of the utterly unreliable keyboard and dock performance. Sold it and got a Chromebook. Made money on the deal.

@srol Wow again. It's amazing that it's been four years since they released the Surface 3 -- I feel like they just released the Surface 4, but I haven't heard much about the line since then.

@afarian Ugh. If you open the app, does it immediately notify you all at once, too?

@afarian iOS or Android? iOS has a tendency to sometimes shut apps down in the background and only let them notify you once in a while.

Upgraded my Masto server from 16.04 and 18.04, and had to do the following just to get the instance back up again:

Reinstall npm (It wasn't installed anymore?)

Uninstall and reinstall all gems

I also stopped the postgres 9.10 services running and reinstalled all of nodejs just to be safe.

@nolan Or at the very least, do what I forgot to do and create a snapshot of your VM before you upgrade.
