@Sir_Boops This was the justification used by the Scrivener people to abandon the Linux port ("use WINE! It works") Spoiler: it does, but it looks awful and breaks in weird ways.

The Reaper people _also_ said that, but it actually worked okay and they still kept working on the Linux port, which works better than running in WINE.
