Hmm. I'm a lot more worried about any new income being subsumed by rent than he is, but I do agree with Scott that basic income sounds much better than basic jobs. :/

@IrisKalmia but its not as unregulated as crypto. And besixes, thats more about gathering a d stpring data, not the pure comphting muscle that crypto requires. :/

@jamey I was hoping to get money from patreon and the like. Though it seems like I'll need to put a lot more effort into pushing Patreon than I have been. I was planning to do that once I actually had people using Agora, so needing to push that off for another several months would be a pain.

I have enough money in the meantime, probably, barely. I'd be a lot more comfortable if I actually had some income from this, though. It'd also free up some of my time. :/

Ugh. So I'm worried that the frameworks and technologies I've built Agora with won't be capable enough to handle the load that comes from federation. Should I worry about that now? Try and do some kind of optimization, or see about switching to a different framework or something? Or should I just plow ahead and not worry about it yet? :/

Aaargh. I'm trying to program Agora but I really want to be working on my Temple of the Elements game. Life is suffering. :/
