I use RPM/yum/dnf pretty much every day and can't remember having any real issue with RPM since yum came out. Before then, I would have to descend into dependency hell with some regularity. That was a long time ago, however.

Maybe I don't mind RPM because I use it and its tools a lot. 🤔

@tessaracht Nice! Yeah. They aren't too expensive. I'm really happy with my Linux router, but I might see if I can add a Ubiquity AP to extend my wireless network range. My place has thick walls and such in some areas. So I have weak signal in areas that I hang out in often.

@tessaracht Ubiquiti seems really slick! I couldn't find the prices after a quick look, but it seems it might be on the high end.

You actually don't have to do anything to maintain a Linux box in this case -- just set it to automatically update. Even so, most people wouldn't want to bother. I was more thinking of a solution for fellow nerds and such. :)

@Mainebot I love the Marine building! Art decco is my favourite style of architecture and design. Unfortunately, we have so few examples of it in Vancouver.
