Sometimes I think about how lucky I am. I can get food and health care whenever I want, I'm mostly healthy, I have a nice roof over my head, a comfortable bed, and people that love me.
I think about other less fortunate people and I wonder if I'm doing enough to deserve these comforts.
I'm just some idiot who goes to work, sits at a computer, tries to solve some abstract problems, and ka-ching, I go home and some numbers change in my bank account which entitle me to benefit from society.

@XuZiShun Part of my culture and education is that everything is up for debate. I mean my little kids are learning in school how to read the debates that lead to our codified religious laws. We also debate just to fine tune our own point or to get someone else to do the same. I often take a seemingly contrary position so that an opinion will be explained more clearly. Most of the time I haven't made any opinions on the subject.
