It's been a week since she moved out. Her sister says "look, it's her in her new bathroom."
I'd forgotten all the subterranean social network tunnels that connect these siblings who have so often been mistaken for twins.
And there she is. On Instagram, in her new bathroom, looking just the same.
Life is going on, hearts are clear.

The world is never silent. There is always some ambient radiance, even if it is the heft of snowfall on a windless plain, or the basement of an old house, home to spiders and old shelving. There is always tone and resonance as the greater world waits around you, making its presence known by tumult or absence.

A lot of people dislike the idea of art theory because they feel that simply having the knowledge will make their art more rigid and inflexible, but it's actually a lot easier to think outside the box when you have a decent sense of where the box actually is.

Conservation International plans to restore 73 million trees in the Brazilian Amazon by 2023. The trees will sprout up across what's known as the "arc of deforestation," in the Brazilian states of Amazonas, Acre, Pará, Rondônia, and throughout the Xingu watershed.

Remember, they like us to think citizenship is natural and neutral, but it's neither. It is intentionally created and defined to include some and exclude others. It is a mechanism of managing and dispensing rights which nobody has a right of taking away in the first place.

This day. I went to her new home and knocked on the door. She didn't hear so I texted "I'm here." It would have come up under "Mum".
When she moved out I made her up a box of kitchen things, with all the mugs that are hers. So in her new home she made me tea in her Niagara Falls mug and I remembered visiting there with her when she turned sixteen.
When I left we didn't know how to say goodbye, standing in the doorway of her new home.

Most of my life has been thrown off the standard course by being bedbound for years after I was diagnosed w/severe #CFSME @ 14. I'm better but recently in the midst of a long #relapse following attaining a degree.
