So, I guess #Mastodon is like an unending river of (interesting?) content that is continuously flowing by, and you have to quickly grab something from the stream to take a closer look or interact with it.
#Hubzilla is more about creating focused groups and forums, for a slower, more in-depth kind of interaction around specific activities, topics or projects.

@hikerus @mcscx @r0cc5 Ich denke du gibst dir einfach etwas Zeit zur Eingewöhnung. Unrecht hast du ja insofern nicht, als das Jeder mitlesen kann. Aber man selbst ist in der Datenhoheit und entscheidet was wann und wie besprochen. Vor allem auch über welchen Weg!

Es wird schwierig, wenn die Beiträge gelöscht werden und du vor allem auch noch auf für dich wichtige Verläufe zurückgreifen möchtest.

Es stehen auch andere Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung, wie Hiker erwähnt hat. Angefangen von direkter Konversation bis hin auch zum sog. "Makroblogging" via #Hubzilla oder Anderen. Atme erst einmal durch, denn in dieser Runde möchte man nur helfen. :-)

@z428 @paulfree14 Also die "Weiterentwicklung" wird ja gerne als Argument genutzt. Faktisch ist es aber auch so, dass es längst genug Alternativen gibt, welche adäquat Ersatz oder noch weit darüber hinaus Möglichkeiten anbieten. Das Ganze nur ohne Beobachtung und Datenskandalen.

#Hubzilla beispielsweise bietet da reichlich Möglichkeiten an sich zu organisieren. Das Ganze auch unkompliziert und einsatzbereit für Jeden.

Ahora que hay entusiasmo con paso de unas redes a otras, también podríamos hablar acerca de:

- ¿Está la información a salvo de espionaje simplemente por aparecer en una infraestructura descentralizada? NO ¿Tiene la policía acceso a servidores de Diaspora o Mastodon?... respuesta tentativa: sí.

- ¿Son estas las redes sociales de la libertad? NO. Una red social es una herramienta, no libera a nadie por más que tenga una licencia que le permita su difusión. De hecho en política una licencia es tan valiosa como un grano de arroz.

- ¿Estamos haciendo #activismo-digital? En mi opinión el activismo es incompatible con permanecer frente al ordenador, no se reclaman derechos con #hashtags.

- ¿Que hace falta para que nuestra información sea respetada? Otro sistema político y económico que no lograremos por la vía de la democracia representativa.

"Hubzilla represents what I like to think of as state of the art in decentralisation technology. It goes far beyond what we did in Friendica when it comes to decentralising core services which used to be available only on centralised silos. We decentralise everything. This builds on work I started in Friendica but it took a platform re-write to fully realise.
Some federation bits were added a couple of years ago due to popular demand, but they are in conflict with a couple of core features such as nomadic identity. Nomadic identity is really special. You can create online clones of your channel and pop up at another site if your current site is having issues (either temporarily or permanently). This works incredibly well - unless you have friends on other networks. My original account has moved a few times now. "

  Ya hace tiempo hice un tutorial en el que expliqué cómo añadir un botón en nuestro blog para compartir el contenido en una red social como diaspora.

  En este caso este servicio, añade más funcionalidades al botón, ya que ahora será posible compartir nuestros artículos en otras redes sociales libres como son Mastodon, GNUsocial, diaspora o Hubzilla. ¿interesante, no?
  
  Antes que nada agradecer a Kim que creara el código, que inicialmente fue para utilizar en su web, para poder compartir en todas esas redes sociales.
  
  La idea me pareció muy interesante, pero como no soy programador, mis aportes fueron por otra parte. Sugerir algún pequeño cambio, reportar algún bug, etc. También se me ocurrió la idea de crear un servicio web utilizando GitLab Pages, por lo que Kim amablemente modificó el código para adaptar el php a javascript y html “puro”.
  
  El resultado es que se puede utilizar este servicio web hospedado en GitLab:

  Y desde un botón llamar a esa web, pasándole los parámetros que queremos que comparta, como son el título del post y la url del enlace. Para ello en nuestro panel de configuración de WordPress accedemos a Ajustes → compartir y añadimos un nuevo botón:
  
  Escribimos el nombre del servicio que será el texto que aparezca en el botón, y en Compartiendo URL deberemos llamar al servicio web de GitLab y pasarle unos parámetros al código.

  Veamos:
  
  Con ?text=%post_title% le decimos al código que el título del artículo lo coja como texto a compartir

  He realizado un pequeño vídeo explicando y demostrando cómo añadir el botón para tratar de clarificar un poco más el proceso, que es sencillo.

@z428 Ich weiß, dass diese Sichtweise von mir schon sehr kantig ist. Vielleicht liege ich da auch einfach falsch? Bisweilen aber kann ich auch sagen, dass "meistens" (nicht immer) in Diskussionen es genau konträr abläuft. Man zeigt Möglichkeiten auf, verweist auf #Diaspora, #Friendica, #Libertree, #Hubzilla, #MediaGoblin, #MediaDrop, #Plumi, #PeerTube, #Mastodon, #Pleroma und #GNU-social und wird im Anschluss nur sprichwörtlichst ausgelacht.

"Was? Laufen da nicht nur die Entwickler selbst herum? Und vielleicht die Familienmitglieder und Freunde aus Mitleid?"

"Nein, du kannst dich ja einmal dort anmelden und unverbindlich prüfen."

"Nee, keine Lust. Ist mir nicht genug Reichweite."

Und damit bricht die Diskussion komplett ab, wird vielleicht sogar abwertend und beleidigend - letztendlich war schon der Einstieg meiner Wahrnehmung nach Selbiges. Es hat sich nunmehr umgedreht und die besagte Arroganz nehme ich eher von den Nutzern denn von den Entwicklern wahr.

Und weiterhin genügend "Arbeit" in den dezentralen Netzwerken. Faktisch kann kein technisches Werkzeug menschliche Verhaltensweisen und Wahrnehmungen entsprechend direkt verändern. Allenfalls können aber dezentrale Systeme mit Interkonnektivität durchaus ihren Anteil daran haben langfristig eine #Veränderung herbeizuführen und eine Selbstreflektion für Teilnehmer zu ermöglichen, da unterschiedlichste Sichtweisen direkt oder indirekt aufeinander treffen.

Eine relativ frische und öffentliche Diskussion aus dem Netzwerk #Diaspora zeigt aber auch, dass wir hier wie eingangs geschrieben noch viel "Arbeit" vor uns als globale Gemeinschaft / Gesellschaft vor uns haben. In der besagten Diskussion wurde eine private Benachrichtigung als Hinweis bezüglich Beschwerden von dem betroffenen Nutzer veröffentlicht. Jetzt stellt sich vornehmlich die Frage: Wenn Hinweise in Kommentarverläufen zu #Friendica und #Hubzilla unerwünscht sind, warum kann man das nicht direkt schreiben und kontaktiert dazu stattdessen eine dritte Partei? Damit erschafft man gleichermaßen ein Hoheitsverhältnis und drückt dem Gegenüber, welchem man das gemeldet hat auch eine mehr als nur unschöne Position auf.

Gleiches gilt auch für andere Bereiche und Plattformen in den dezentralen Netzwerken, ebenso aber auch den zentralen Plattformen. Bekanntschaften sind sehr flüchtig geworden und menschliche Beziehungen werden marginalisiert. Das gilt für jeden Teilnehmer, auch für mich selbst. Es ist zu leicht geworden "Kontakte" ein- und auszuschalten. Und man vergisst doch zu schnell, dass hinter jedem "Kontakt" auch ein Mensch sitzt, mit Gefühlen, Gedanken, Erfahrungen und Wissen. Wenn ich jetzt spitzfindig sein möchte: Wir stehen auf des Messers Schneide, denn wir vergessen uns selbst und ignorieren unser Gegenüber. Wie heißt es so schön? Nimm dich selbst nicht zu wichtig, denn es gibt auch Andere. #Gedanken
