Has anyone here seen the Blade Runner reboot? I can't believe it sucked as bad as @adam says. I just he's the victim of MTV short-cut cinema. I saw the first Kingsman and was mostly appalled by the ultraviolence. It was mostly swagger. Who saw Kingsman the Golden Circle? Did you like that?

"Asperger syndrome is one of several previously separate subtypes of autism that were folded into the single diagnosis autism spectrum disorder (ASD) with the publication of the DSM-5 diagnostic manual in 2013. Asperger syndrome was generally considered to be on the “high functioning” end of the spectrum."

I think Adam got the spectrum backwards. Asperger's is the more mild part of the spectrum compared to autism proper on the spectrum. Am I right about that? Bill Gates had half of Seattle, DC, and Silicon Valley has Asperger's and is "on the spectrum." #itm #fish

@HiroProtagonist the argument is: other countries have almost none so we're a brutal violent nation and we should lose our guns. We as a country have lost our right to have guns.

It occurred to me that when it comes mass shootings, the victims are all considered to be sacrifices to freedom, liberty, and our God-given rights. Akin to the sacrifices that soldiers make for us, and the sacrifices that police and firemen and astronauts make for us. That not capitulating to tyranny is the ultimate price, whether intentionally rushing a pillbox or caught in a draft or in a fire or in a robbery or in a shooting. This is the only way I can wrap my mind around the American psyche.

@yukiame indeed. Sardines are called pilchards in the UK. Maybe larger ones, "The terms sardine and pilchard are not precise, and what is meant depends on the region. Often, the smaller fish are termed sardines and the larger ones pilchards."
