    np. If you get stuck in a perforce environment again, there are git and mercurial (and other) translation layers. I'm not sure that would necessarily resolve the issues you were seeing, but if you're familiar with those, at least you don't have to learn new commands (although you may already be quite familiar with the p4 commands).

    you should be able to use the force option, but your admin may have a trigger that doesn't allow that. Have you tried the forums?

    @lnxw48a1 Apologies if I mentioned this, but if any of those jobs interest you, you should put in an application. I don't know what positions are options, but yesterday the CEO mentioned hiring people remotely. I suspect the DevOps position would need physical access to the servers, but they are talking about moving the DC and who know if some of that might go into "The Cloud". Now's a good time because we don't have any space in the Minneapolis office for people anyway.

    I'm sure there is more, but the two big ones seem to be:
    1) people work longer (at least in part because they live longer), which means it's harder for 18-year-olds to find good work.

    2) The systems we use are more complex, requiring more training.
