If you make baked ziti, try replacing the ziti with those small pasta shells. It's like stuffed shells, only without having to scoop cheese into a hot noodle. Beats regular baked ziti by a country mile.

Look, a marketing offer email should be simple and focused: "Here's a thing. Here's an offer. Go do the thing."

Since I'm in performing arts it's more "Hey, you should see this new production. It's good. Here's a discount code."

Nobody's going to scroll down to even LOOK at the photos.

If this were part of the general email about the production, that would be one thing, but this is just a targeted offer. Keep. It. Simple.

So, what should have been a simple offer email now has a bunch of photos of the cast added to it at the bottom simply because our general manager insisted that we have all these photos in it. There's no context! Nobody's going to scroll through all of it, especially on mobile!

Seriously, though. Shatner is a bad person. Ask anyone who worked with him on TOS. (The ones still alive, at least.) They all think he's an asshole.
