@derfu "Die Partei" soll eine Option sein? Wirklich? Stimmen die nicht immer abwechselnd mit ja und nein? Man hat also bei allen Themen die einem wichtig sind eine 50:50 Chance. Ich bin ein großer Fan von Satire, aber die gehört in die Medien oder auf die Bühne aber nicht ins Parlament dafür ist Europa(-Politik) zu wichtig, gerade in der heutigen Zeit.

@rugk @Gargron I know I repeat myself, but for me the number one feature to foster decentralization is to support account migration with all data, including my bidirectional contacts. Only if I can freely switch between servers without losing my history and even more important my social network I will feel comfortable trying out small instances, run my own instance, etc. - 2/2

@rugk @Gargron I think this would be awful for many reasons: the URL is part of my identity I want do know and chose it. I have no idea on which server I end up. Can I trust the admin? Does they respect my privacy? Can they maintain a secure and stable service? Where are the data located? Will the server still exists in a few months?... A things I want to know and chose - 1/2

@mxmehl @fsfe You got already plenty of responses. A few months ago I register a FSFE account at peertube.social and at pixelfed.social for the same reasons we have chosen mastodon.social. But never really used it beside two test pictures on pixelfed. I'm happy to hand over the credentials, just ping my by mail. Of course we can also use any other instance...

Maybe it would be worth a try to convince the developers of the tools which minify JS, to keep the licence tag? This way it would be really as easy as just putting a licence tag on each source file, which you should do anyway. #JavaScript #FreeSoftware

I made my homepage #librejs compliant, also to get some firsthand experience. While it was quite easy for my small homepage I'm still not sure if it works for large websites. #JavaScript #FreeSoftware

@JayVii_de mailbox,org and posteo.de would be my number one recommendation. You have to pay for them but you can get it already for 1€/month. As you know, privacy friendly and for free doesn't work together. Nobody can run servers for free, so you have to pay, either with your data or with your money.
