@hakui @rye Speaking of, my cat is purring away too!
-
Feed ourselves up on lots of fat, and give us the illusion that we are living in a land of abundance...
-
Of course, obesity is great for the business for our fast food industry.
-
It is very hard to ignore such a common problem like obesity when you really look on the streets.
-
Not to say that obesity isn't judged, or that it is healthy. But it doesn't stop it from being common now... Doesn't stop women from gaining weight. Especially the older they get.
-
In a way, I think we are becoming more accepting of obesity which is harder to hide. Even when you wear large clothing to hide behind or dress down. It is such a common thing to see on the streets.
-
In some ways, with the invention of makeup... It is much harder to know what body problems are common because it gets covered up. It is easier to compare in a way that isn't realistic to how people actually appear. Easier to blow the little imperfections out of proportion. (Great for the makeup industry tho!)
-
@rice Are you interested in hearing some questions to help you get thinking about the thought patterns/beliefs you have about your body image? Or have you already done something like this?
-
@roko Haha. True. Plus I think people learning English are happy for the chance to practice it with a native. ^^
-
*Bullies @rye and @hakui *
-
@ihavebigtits No worries. It may take time. Don't forget to call out their cuteness and compliment them a lot.
-
@roko Tbh, I'm rubbish at learning other languages. I feel fortunate that many people know a form of English so I can communicate still.
-
@ihavebigtits You bully them until their cutieness is revealed!
-
@ayy @dirb I wouldn't say the primary, but it is hard to keep living when those closest to you keep dying. Hard to feel a sense of stability from that.

> be me
> make server literally with the goal of making it easy and cheap to host, because i think it empowers people to host their own infrastructure
> 1 year later
> "hey Pleroma could be pretty good for people without many resources, even if the devs are all horrible people"
-
@moonman @camedei456 No groups... Rip me.
-
@sarcasmkid Reminds me of putting a spoon in hot water when ice cream is too solid to scoop through.
-
@fl0wn @mimorinka @kro @awg @zemichi @p @karolat That is just it. It is a bit weird to consider them to be a part of the gab crowd if they got kicked out.
-
@thatbrickster Rip. I was hoping this wouldn't be the case. :/
-
@fl0wn @mimorinka @kro @awg @zemichi @p @karolat Then they will just be about in the evening or something. I know school often left me bored.
