@dog @rice You know, I used to be able to play FPS games but it probably depends on how shaky the screen is. :') I have a preference for 3rd person too, and not just because it gives me less of a headache. It gives a better angle when playing a game than just what your eyes would see.
-
@rice @dog Interesting. It reminds me that I can often get motion sickness/dizzy if I'm playing a game in first person or when the angle of a camera shakes too much. It makes playing first person games really hard, and it also happens when filming so some programs are better avoided there. It happened when I tried watching a visit around a castle once. But third person is doable so that is a godsend. So I can understand a little of what that is like... although what you go through is more extreme as you say.
-
@detectivehyde Pretty sure that is never going to happen. Besides, you don't want to catch my cold!

Alex is lewd.

Achoo~

This, but replace sun with rain...
"Little darling, it's been a long, long boiling summer...
Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here.
Here comes the rain, here comes the rain,
I say, it's all right~"

Also, I really don't want to go out this week... far better to stay in doors in the warmth when I have a cold. Finish the chores off instead.
-
Slow, slow, slow. Everything is slow.
-
@icedquinn Sounds like that would do the trick!
-
It seems I am feeling under the weather right now. This is not good! I hope this clears by the end of the week. :/
-
@ducksquared I'm a bit of an odd one too. Irl, I generally don't say much but online I can chatter away for walls of text. :') Glad to hear you aren't overthinking it tho!
-
@fl0wn @moonman I suspect it is mostly maiyannah working on it slowly, but I feel that is better than no one at all.
-
@moonman @fl0wn That reminds me... the work maiyannah has been doing might be a good alternative for those of us that want to keep the qvitter-feel? Is it worth looking into? Maybe it won't suffer the same obvious bugs?
-
@clacke @dansup Here is hoping. That reminds me... I haven't checked in with Maiyannah in a while since heldscella went down... I wonder how her fork is getting along?
-
@clacke Honestly, for what it is worth... I migrated over from twitter so it would make sense that qvitter is what is most familiar to me and what I would prefer. I'm not sure I would have moved over and remained without it!
-
@moonman @fl0wn I can imagine that would be embarrassing to admit... maybe even quite a helpless situation. It does seem less practical to keep this up unless there is a forkoff with someone more capable that we follow... but I don't blame people for abandoning that given what I've heard about the poor code!
-
@roka @awg He's quite the busy worker it seems! Hope he is having a good time.
-
I miss @afaeinthecrowd, @jj, @bashford and @whitesquall right now. It's been too long since they popped in to pay us a visit! !britpack

How is everyone doing these days? Hope the weather hasn't been kicking your arses too much lately. I'm so glad I don't have to be out in it right now. Comfe sundey in doors.... before a busy week ahead.
