if i were doing this with traditional desktop publishing software i'd spend hours laboring over cv's rather than updating blocks to target skillsets that are relevant and cutting down on signal/noise

but, also, i'm cis white 30's male (literal sad face at this callout) so the anecdote may not be as relevant.
