@fitheach I have finally learned the trick to doing this easily, at least for large bell peppers. It's kind of hard to explain in text, but you cut the sides off at the ribs, and the seeds are all left behind. Not so easy for smaller peppers, of course.

@irina I have not tried those! I do have a press that will squash them through the skin, but it only works for smallish cloves, and I have a lot of recipes that use whole cloves.

Mine is definitely peeling garlic. It's slow, it's tedious, it makes my hands smell.
