Jeez... as Reda points out, these requirements are contradictory and/or impossible.
It's physically impossible to check every upload manually, and automated filters will never be able to distinguish e.g. parody works.

#LocalBookshops treat their staff well, pay their taxes and don't track their users.
They're the most ethical way of buying physical books, they have selections curated by human beings, and if they don't have a book they can order it in (often within 24 hours).
You can find your local bookshops here:

#Linux is a good privacy-conscious alternative to Microsoft Windows. It's free, fast and easy.
-Modern forms of Linux (such as Ubuntu or Linux Mint) are as easy to use as Windows or Mac. They're well supported, with popular apps like Spotify and Steam.
-If you're having trouble making an installation USB stick, you can order them online: https://www.osdisc.com/
-You can buy PCs with Linux preinstalled from a wide range of shops:

#Librem5 is a privacy-conscious smartphone made by Linux laptop manufacturer @Purism
It runs on GNU Linux (*not* Android). It comes with PureOS by default, and you can install other forms of Linux if you prefer.
The modem is separated from the CPU, and there are kill switches for the camera, mic, wireless and modem.

Today, two totally separate alternatives with near-identical names:
#LibreFM is an open source alternative to Last.fm, where you listen to creative commons music and "scrobble" your music habits:
Artists can add CC music to Libre.FM to reach a wider audience.
#LibroFM is a US/Canada audiobook subscription site which supports local bookstores:
Audiobooks are DRM-free and chosen by your nominated bookshop.

The New York Times reports Facebook gave Microsoft, Amazon, Spotify, Netflix, Apple, Yandex, Yahoo and others far more access to users' data than previously admitted, including access to private messages:

I would actually love to put Searx front and centre due to its open nature, but the results page is a bit scary and I can imagine non-technical people going back to Google as it's easier to use.
(Searx is listed though, below Qwant.)
By the way, I have been warned about Qwant being owned by a large commercial publisher too.
This is the problem with search, every option has something against it. Alternatives almost always tend to be "lesser evils" in some way.
