    Just stumbled about this great #TED talk by Jim Whitehurst, CEO of #RedHat. He talks about the culture shock during one of his first meetings, where a junior engineer could openly disagree with him in front of a roomful of executives.     @mike @bauerjoseph the X1 isn't the *best* example of the ThinkPad hardware, but overall it's a great brand. Anything off the T range is generally tough enough to withstand anything - my personal laptop is a T520 that's 6 years old and still good as new...
