@backwardsflow I've played it some more now, and I have one issue (and the fact that it's the biggest one I have should be quite telling) and that is that I can't set it so that the view is always fully zoomed in. Instead, I have to manually zoom in every time I start a new game.

I also find it very difficult to deal with the situation when the blocks all of a sudden starts flaling really quickly. I get quite overwhelmed by that but I think it's just because I'm a bad player.

Yeah. I shouldn't take a position that it's not painful, given the fact that I hate cold weather so much that I moved to tropical climate.

@Elizafox 2 degrees doesn't sound too bad? Assuming you're using C, it's not even freezing?

@theoutrider @hellojed @jeff I've spent a lot of time looking for a laptop the basic features I need: Light, 32 GB RAM and a good screen.

It's remarkably hard to find one that fits my criteria.

I have tried running two different monitors and it was terrible. I'd rather just run a single one.

@ashfurrow @thomasfuchs It's like they intentionally make the laptops more and more like tablets to pave way for the dropping of the Macs in favour of the ipad.

I'm sure they are incredibly frustrated by the fact that they can't control their users and the applications the users run on their macs in the same way as they can on the ipad, and really want everybody to on board as soon as possible.

@ashfurrow @thomasfuchs I've tried the new keyboards a few times, and it's immediately obvious that they are horrible.

There is a reason I'm holding on to my 2011 macbook air.

I had never heard of it. So I looked it up. The project seems to be several years old, but a Google search reveals nothing unless I put in some additional search terms.

Also, php. That's an effective way to stop me from looking further.

Because it's Wolfram. Really, he writes like this all the time. Everything he does are things no one has done before and it wasn't for his software it would be impossible.
