@varx the LPM has huge pores though right? that's why it's an LPM?

they talk about how you can't do this very well using other stuff in the draw tank, so i assumed it was the large size (70kDa?) of the PSS allowing the large pore size of the LPM (1 - 10kDa?) that allows water through at fairly low pressures (even with fresh water on the other side)
