@vfrmedia @djsundog @vertigo @banjofox Dunno if there is a term for it. If anything, it was *contributing* to burnout. Hard to figure out the causality. But protein, vit D, calcium, and B12 are helping. 🤷

The salient bit is the memory and cognition trouble. I stopped being able to understand code I had written a few months before (and not just in the usual way that code becomes less familiar over time). And now I'm improving.

So Vertigo, even if it is medical, it doesn't have to be dementia.

I am not a medical professional (I just help them keep their systems working) so don't know the exact term for this (does seem like what is commonly is called burnout) is a real and dangerous thing that should be professionally treated. Late 30s/early 40s do not *seem* to use like "senior" or even middle age but they can alas be a prime time for health problems to present especially when under stress (or that working hard you neglect your health)
