@ink_slinger Good point. A lot of their previous work was more "MAD Magazine" level, whereas their recent work is absolute top-shelf satire. Its disappointing anyone would have held them back from this sort of work.

@allan That's a great point. Big temperature variability is the *actual* normal for most of the planet. I'd love to see a chart breaking down population by range of temperature experienced.

@allan The context I've always used for this is "assuming we've moved to low carbon sources, but we still need to mitigate the last few centuries of CO2 that have already been released." "Last ditch effort" sort of thing.
