@vfrmedia @djsundog @vertigo @banjofox Dunno if there is a term for it. If anything, it was *contributing* to burnout. Hard to figure out the causality. But protein, vit D, calcium, and B12 are helping. 🤷

The salient bit is the memory and cognition trouble. I stopped being able to understand code I had written a few months before (and not just in the usual way that code becomes less familiar over time). And now I'm improving.

So Vertigo, even if it is medical, it doesn't have to be dementia.
