No of course not. Everyone deserves the right to be vulnerable at some point (of course, there are times where showing a strong face is really important) and to treat someone as lesser for exercising that right is just wrong :/

For example the fact that triggered became a meme kinda points to the existence of that expectation and it's sad.

We all need help sometimes and nobody should feel shame for asking for it
